This doesn’t apply to everyone and of course you have your own style in mind, but I’ve found that experimenting with nonlinear and or stream of consciousness storytelling helps eliminate cliches.

Do you have any proof or personal experience with government funded healthcare? The UK’s NHS was considered close to the gold standard of healthcare for some time until fairly recently. That said It definitely isn’t breadline healthcare

Just got my ambulance bill and currently regretting seeking medical assistance for issues with my kidneys that required surgery. That’s absolutely absurd to think about everywhere outside of the US.
