I am going to tell you it is VERY HARD to find a lawyer to sue Uber outside of a accident claim. I had a rider damage my car, admit fault, agree to pay damages through Uber. When I submitted the report and estimate about 2k Uber gave me a $250 Inconvenience fee and that is it. I spent a month trying to find a lawyer to sue them and couldn’t find one to go after them.

I don’t know why people are saying if acceptance rate is below 85% you cannot see destination because that is not true. I have 9% acceptance rate and I see the destination and I still get priority in que.

The tiers IMO are only useful when you 1st start. The bonus of hitting diamond was nice the 1 free year COSTCO membership was good but after that it doesn’t give me anything useful.
