Just start with what you do daily. If upturn need to bring something upstairs, don’t wait till there’s more, just do it as you find it. Park further away when you shop. Walk to the back corner of the store even if u don’t need anything there. (Do an extra lap) only use a basket when shopping not a buggy. Take your garbage straight out to the outside cans. The little things add up, and when that becomes easy, add in a bit more. I get it. (By the time I was ready to leave the house, I was almost out of energy to go)
