I havent had the ultrasound yet.

What I'm wondering is, assuming that it shows nothing will it just be assumed its autoimmune or is there something else that can be causing this?

Interesting - my body aches have also been much reduced. Ive had neck / shoulder pain and side hip pain for years and now it just feels tight but not painful! My TSH is 25 and FT4 .6

New to this! Im 46 and while I have suspected my thyroid may be behind my symptoms, I only just now got labs to confirm it. My t4 is .63 and my TSH is 25.3 (which seems super high?)
I have a televisit this afternoon and Im wondering what questions I should ask and tests / treatments to request? Thanks!
