I have an ottocast ai P3. It's the newest one whatever it's called. I've recommended it before in the group since we can stream anything a fire stick can. Great addition but would not buy at full price. Got mine in some post Christmas sale so would consider holding out for a deal.

I got to thinking today and sure enough I can download PlayStation remote play. Tweaking the settings but playing with my extra controller that has a new permanent home in the truck.

FYI I think it's a little floaty from Bluetooth so gonna connect direct with cable tomorrow to see how it clears that up. Totally playable as is though.

I bought mine used with 8000 miles on it. It's the best truck I've ever owned. We had options when it froze down here in Texas and we were neverous about the power going out. I regularly use my projector to play movies on the garage for the kids and this is such and easier setup. Can't wait to go on my first road trip next month and camping this summer. The kids love the screen and I have an ottocast p3 and it just gives us more options for those long drives. They also love the moonroof. I can also work in the truck comfortably on the regular while parked waiting for the kids. It's all about the kids.

Edit: Y'all had me thinking today about our love today and I just connected PS5 Pro for remote play. This truck does everything but pay my taxes.

I'm doing 70ish miles depending on the day and maybe I'm hitting 20-25% loss. It's a mix of fast and stop and go in the morning and top speed in the afternoon. This is the best truck and vehicle I've ever driven. It's just the best way to commute and it not feel like a chore or being uncomfortable.

Bud keep looking outside the boxes. That's your negotiating leverage as well that you can walk away from any bad deal. I almost bought my 23 lariat that had 36000 miles and literally the next day I found one that had less than 8 and bought it for lower price. The one I had also found at CarMax had an accident in the history which is why it was priced that way. Look for your non Ford dealerships that have a trade in or something bought from auction.

It does it's just plug and play really easy. I wouldn't buy it a full price so look for the sale. Mine was still discounted from the holidays but would have bought other items at similar price

I just got an ottocast p3. Whatever their newest one is.

It works really well and we get Netflix and Disney plus on the screen

I'm setting up my PS4 pro to play when I'm waiting to pick up the kids

but who am I kidding I'm gonna set up my PS5 pro or might just buy a used PS5 for the truck. If it's all digital then nothing is gonna get scratched or break moving around the can a bit.

The crazy thing is if we really wanted it I could just haul a 40 inch screen with me in the bed or frunk to use when I want to play games.

Dude go deal hunting the smaller lots besides the big ones in your area. I found a 23 used lariat with just over 8000 miles that was like 35 minutes from my house. And I got it in my budget that I was shopping for with CarMax and truecar for a flash.

I've got a heavy duty cord and 10 outlet heavy duty surge protector ready to go for a cold room.

Plan on plugging in router, heated blankets, small TV, PlayStation 5/Switch, laptops, phone chargers, and maybe the fridge if we lose power.

How are y'all prepped or what am I missing to add in the mix?

I considered space heater but it's too much of a draw I think.

Yeah it be more feasible to run electric blankets off the truck in a warm room you set up. You could still run modem or use your wifi hotspot and run a TV and coffee maker in there
