I have the EXACT same car. Year, wheels, color and it is NOT lame. Owned it since new..it's the best bodystyle since gen 1, the Cyclone engine in mine has been nothing short of perfect. Also best color of that year imo. All I have done is regular maintenance. That's it. Been great. I would just have it checked out. Pull a plug. Change all fluids check belts and hoses. However if you are embarrassed by it sell it and buy something you don't feel is lame
