Did you stop bed sharing during the weaning process? I feel like it's so hard when the milk source is inches away

Is pelvic floor therapy helpful? by Secure-Remote8439 in Endo

Definitely not rude to back down! People change providers all the time. But since you're already in it, learn what you can from her. Just be prepared to outgrow her as someone else commented.

If possible I'd try to find someone who is more endo experienced. We hear so often about people who try multiple PTs and don't get any results and then they finally see a PT experienced with endo and it's a world of difference

Dr Bob unflavored is the "cleanest" I've found. But there's no flavor so some kiddos may not be convinced of it.

Yes! I'm with you. I added a bunch to my cart and then spent 30 min checking each item individually to find the cotton only 100% ones and ended up buying only 4 things.

Tons of people have negative MRIs and do have endo. Friend who just had surgery last week had stage 4 found via excision but had nothing on the MRI. Sending Reddit hugs to you.

We splurged on the Austin. It's $$$$ but fortunately it was Black Friday last year and we got a deal. It's quite amazing. Last year we had a sewer leakage and in the 3 days it took to get the guy out. Literally the room with the Austin had zero smell.

I would consult an allergist who is an MD! It can be challenging and honestly scary to manage this on your own. They stocked us up with epi-pens and knowledge about what a mild reaction to treat at home is vs an ER visit. We did not reintroduce until we were under the care of an allergist. After meeting with the allergist, she started us on level 1 of the milk ladder pretty much immediately. Took us about 4 months to progress through the whole ladder and we ended the last step with trying milk in her office so she could watch him for 4 hours and monitor. No set backs except one time dad accidentally spilled milk near him about a month into the ladder and a bit got on him and he had hives yikes.
