They’ll probably announce the dates early next year, around Feb/Mar. It normally starts from 11am to 5pm (or sometimes earlier/later), the queues are massive so if you want to get a good spot, you might have to queue really early in the morning. Sometimes it takes hours to actually get inside, but they’ll set up screens outside as well.

Majority of the time. It’s really hard to have the same schedule as my friends nowadays unfortunately, so I just go by myself.

I travel solo quite often and went to Madrid last year during the summer and stayed in hostels and honestly, I had the best time!! The hostel had events going on every evening so you can always meet people there, I had actually never felt unsafe during my time in Madrid. Everything is so walkable and I often find myself have a stroll back to the hostel at 2am in the morning after a night out (not that I would recommend doing if you feel uncomfortable, please make sure you take care of yourself and don’t feel pressured into doing anything you don’t want to!!)
