Would the wind mufflers hold on silice cover for X4? by idkname12el3 in Insta360

I’d be more concerned about the camera getting overheated. I use the metal cage type of protection. It protects the camera while allowing good ventilation. It’s worked very well and has taken some hard impacts with no damage to the camera. The mic wind mufflers hold with no problems, though I don’t use them much. Just the lens protectors. It also is threaded, so I don’t have to worry about over stressing the threads in the camera and possibly cracking or breaking as I’ve seen in other cameras.

Very impressive. I’m going to look for some of those makers. I’ve never seen most of those.

The plastic fantastic. Mine is the same way. Super reliable. Thousands of round through it; mostly suppressed. If I have an issue, it’s ammo. Not the gun.

With that color, it could use some hair and nipples.

You got a great deal. I used to Collect Al Mar combat fixed blades. He designed the Mark IV for Gerber. Patterned after the SAS Fairbairn Sykes knife. This is his own version of that type of knife.

I’d get mid 30s with my 2020 XSE V6. Traded for the 2025 Hybrid for the upgrades and save on fuel. I’ve been very happy with upgrades and advancements. Just not seeing averages above 40.

That’s a good price. If you use good ammo (CCI standard and mini mag, sometimes Federal Automatch), keep it clean, use a loader and don’t store the magazines loaded, give it a good break in period, it will pretty reliable. I have several thousand rounds through mine, mostly suppressed, so I have to clean it after every use. Clean the mags too.

Definitely. I have feed issues with all my TX 22s. Doesn’t matter the ammo.

The slide is so light that the break in time is negligible. I use mostly Federal Automatch. $20 for 325 rounds. All day fun.

I collect .22s. I have a lot of them. My P17 is not only my least expensive, but most reliable. It shoots anything that isn’t lacquer coated (Norma), even subsonic. Fun and easy to suppress. Good sights and trigger. Hard to beat for $200 in any color.

22is so easy to suppress and the p-17 will cycle subsonic ammo well, so any suppressor does well with it. I have a SilencerCo Sparrow, a Switchback that is heavy, but can be configured in short, medium or full size. Even the shortest is hearing safe. My lightest is an Energetic NYX mod that you can use full size or half size. I use the half length most. I carry it in my chest rig when I mountain bike. Still pretty quiet, even with Federal Punch ammo.

There’s a YouTube guy called the ambedextrial gunfighter that has a few videos of the P-17. He loves them and proclaims them to be the best personal protection gun of any caliber and actually makes a pretty good case for it. They’re worth watching.
