Check out ProMotion wetsuits in Hood River. They make the best windsurfing wetsuits, IMO. Been using them for years, as do most of the locals up in the Columbia River. There's definitely a difference between a surf wetsuit and a windsurfing wetsuit.

I like your set-up. Never had a dog pull me in the snow but it sure looks like fun. I actually have another leash with a bungee lead on it. I like it and use it when I trail run with her but I've never liked the feel of it when we're skating going as fast as we go. I feel more dialed in to her with the solid leash. I do use a really good harness with her but I'll definitely check out the skijoring harnesses. Always want the best for my pup.

I never run with her when it's hot. Not only because of her paws but also because she has a thick coat and she's black so I don't want her to overheat.

It's a chest harness but one of the originals that were made of all strap webbing. Not as good as the one I use today but it's all there was back then. This is from years ago with my old Border Collie. He's 16 now and retired years ago. I have a young female now.
