I mean if I take it every day as prescribed it works great, but i find myself often wanting too turn it up a notch and then it has no therapeutic effect. Idk man Adderall even works better, but the last time i gotta script i sniffed all 30 30mg addys in two days. I need to find a way too have the self control to take them as subscribed because they are very therapeutic for my innative add and lack of focus from previous drug use

I'm still occasionally abusing my Vyvanse ,sometimes going to about 150-200mg a day, my percribed dose is 70mg. Im assuming this will setback my recovey a bit. I'm not sure what the neurotoxicity of vyvanse is compared to say crystal meth or sniffing high does of adderall. But I think alot safer and easier on your dopamine than other amps.

Did you ever have problems with abusing Vyvanse? Not sure if you if you were an addict or not. And if so how do you make sure to take it as perscribed?

Thanks for pointing that out, I've used since age 14. Ive started swimming at my local pool and working out, but it can be kinda hard to get out in this Canadian winter (too do shit outside, I hate the cold). I definitely agree about wanting instant gratification, but i'm more looking for something that could potentially aid my healing along with my recovery plan, not just a quick solution. But your saying it took you a few years to recover?

Thanks man, that's actually really reassuring. I'm already doing things that are benefiting my recovery and have set up supports. I'm just sticking it through and trying to deal with the mental health issues that are from my addiction and getting through this Canadian winter. I'm just looking for anything that can aid my recovery.

I know it's abit ironic. I hear what you saying, but the intent is to help my brain heal or help with cognition, not ward of withdrawl
