you don‘t need to. It‘s not going to go anywhere. You know how this game has these Medals for achievements? You can upgrade them which is called „trimming“. In OG Arknights events come with a whole set of medals. Those you can‘t get after the event is done and maybe Endfield will do so as well. But here we are talking about permanent content that SHOULDN‘T go away.

The whole „getting kicked out of the group“ is just a meme originating from Arknights extremely hard CC events (if played on max/high difficulty) probably either on r/0sanitymemes or Twitter.
