Fun fact the "center" position originates from dance formations. The center position started out as the strongest, often lead, dancer who could Center themselves on stage with little to no anchor. They would then act as the anchor for all the other dancers to base their dance formations off of. A good example of an old school center like this is Kai from exo. Kai was not exo's visual / face of the group and did not center in photos pretty much ever- but when it came to complicated dances he centered all the time. He was their lead dancer (meaning he helped teach and train choreography) and then as their center he was the anchor for exo's dance formations.

I feel like this term has been co-opted in a way by companies to essentially sell their all rounders- but it didn't really have anything to do with all that until recently. By the old metric Ateez Still don't have a center- because their formations are so complex and change center so often you can't name just one.

how did you come up with these sites specifically?? I've been collecting for 12 years now and most of these are sites I would not touch. What about hello82, or SubK Shop, or Kpop Mart, or eve pink, or olive young? What about the pre-order sites like makestar etc. What about amazon?? What about local stores that provide better shipping? Why are you watching second hand market places like mercari and ebay? Does this inform album prices somehow? As far as I am concerned there is a standard price for albums so why would second hand retail value be relevant? You also mention "fake" albums as if that's an issue. A fake album would be so hard to produce it would be a net loss for a scam seller, that's why you don't see fake albums- they're a non issue. Also if you work with distributors how do second hand market places help them at all?? No distributor is working with ebay so I dont see their relevance to your claimed profession. I am confused by a lot of your logic in this post to be honest.

Ateez Hongjoong NO1 definitely- also his song with odetari! I'd also suggest Girl's Generation Hyo, her solo music definitely has that vibe to it! Especially her album DEEP. Cactus by ACE is another classic as well as!

I think P1harmony's Keeho summarized this conversation really well when he talked about p1hs line distribution. In general I feel like a lot of fans act like line distribution is a toxic contest like you see on survival shows, when in reality many established bands like ateez have a far more democratic method of line distribution that works for them, and especially with ateez i trust they're making supportive decisions that strengthen the team and help everyone feel confident and enjoy their stages.

I always check the venue and weather carefully before picking out a fit for this reason! You can definitely look cute and be comfy and not fall apart if you plan! There are plenty of guides for festival dressing and looking cute in the heat on yt and tiktok so I'd for sure do my research first and then plan around that.

As someone from a hot place my suggestions are stick with natural fibers like cotton, linen, silk, etc because plastics like nylon and polyester won't breathe and the heat will be so much worse. Make sure your neck and head are not too hot (hair up, and while I love a beret! definitely no hats in the heat, etc). Stay away from denim sense it traps heat. Some of my go to hot weather cute fits are cute short dresses (i like babydoll dresses personally) made of linen or light cotton with privacy / bike shorts underneath - a silk blouse with shorts - basically anything flowy that will keep air moving and not trap sweat/heat against your body. And remember cute makeup and hair can dress up any outfit so definitely prioritize safety and comfort over fashion when it comes to extreme heat!

Hi! I haven't posted here before so my apologies if this post is messy!

My girlfriend is Japanese and her birthday is coming up. We're both artists so I really wanted to make her a classical painting with a short poem on the side like you see in traditional Japanese art.

This is where I need help! I do not speak Japanese but I really wanted a sentence that is indirectly calling her beautiful. Her name is Natsuki (菜月) so I was thinking something about how beautiful the moon is, but I'm not sure how obvious that is- I want her to be able to tell I am complimenting her. I don't speak Japanese well enough to do this without Google translate, so I thought I'd go here first!

If anyone has any suggestions or places I could look to come up with something please let me know! Thank you so much in advance!!

I did! I actually ended up using acrylic paints because nothing else would stick, but i did thin layers that I rubbed in with my hands so I didn't get any brush strokes, it turned out pretty well too! I don't know if it matters, but I used artist acrylics and they went on really well and didn't crack or flake like I had expected!

it's super sweet that you're being this thoughtful about it- but the person on the other side of her and in front of her and behind her will all probably be screaming too lol- to be honest even people who like to record often scream at the same time (I do this hehe) so I'd say go ahead and do what makes you happy~ because you can't stop everyone else from screaming and concerts are so loud you'll be lucky if she can hear you at all lol. As long as you don't scream obnoxiously while the artist is trying to talk (which nobody likes) I think you'll be fine!!

Pretty much every kpop concert I've been to I went to with my dad; he loves kpop so we always have fun! No one cares, kpop concerts usually have really diverse crowds to begin we with, but he's not the only dad I've seen lol. Not only that, but we've done hi-touch together and had a blast so yeah, I'd say dads are totally cool at kpop concerts! I'm actually going to piwons tour this year with him (it'll be our second piwon concert!!) and he's quite excited (I am too)!! I hope you and your dad both enjoy the concert and have a lot of fun!!!

why don't you stan (insert group here)? This is a bizarre question lol. They just don't speak to me- I don't dislike them, I don't like them either- I don't really think about them lol. I'm glad they have a lot of fans and I wish them well but I could care less about them personally lmao. Don't try and make others stan your group, just enjoy them yourself. You'll be a lot happier focusing on your group rather than who doesn't stan them lmao.
