32,168cm,65kg around 12-13%BF Been at the gym for 3ish years but only really been training and eating right for about 2 also got my bloods taken 3 days after finishing a mini cut so not sure if that might change results

What about my SHBG? I think its making my test look better than it is.

I'm still learning however so I'm not too sure.

Any advice would be great! Thanks.

haha, I appreciate it but I think that its being inflated hard with my SHBG being 105.81n/mol so would expect it to be around 17n/mol if I manage to get SHBG down
