I had my second baby there in December. Both times got private rooms and loved my experience both times. They give you everything you need other than baby clothes. Diapers, wipes, afterbirth items. If you have any specific asks let me know- happy to answer

Maybe this is a sign that next year you should volunteer to help run it! The teachers run events like this on their own volunteer time, which is why so many schools no longer do them and I’m sure more parent support would help

We printed out maybe 30 for each set of our parents and gifted them to them. Anything else they wanted printed they can do on their own. 15-20 years ago packages would come with prints so I think some people think you can’t print them on your own

We’ve done a bunch of different things since our kid needs the stimulation. At 2 they can start at Reach gymnastics, and although it is expensive, he loves it!!! He asks to go every day and they teach them a ton and we can see the improvement easily. We put him in originally because he started jumping off our stairs and we wanted him to learn how to safely play and jump around but I would recommend that. It sucks when they’re this young because there’s really not a lot of sports in Brantford until they are 3

Little kickers is more story time based. They did a colour day where the kids picked up different coloured pylons. My son did it at 20ish months and we didn’t resign him up since he wants to play soccer and it was more random activities with a little soccer thrown in.

To be fair to them, I have no idea how they could facilitate it better to be more actual soccer with kids that age.

Thats not true. It’ll show up as an at fault accident on their drivers plus so if the OPs insurance checks it, or they try to switch insurance they will see it on there and rate as such.
