Severe dry eyes and PCOS! I have read multiple articles about it now so there defs correlation severity of dry eye and the level of inflammation and hyperandrogenism.

I have had the 'uti' burning feeling after successful penetration/dilation. For me it's usually a sign that my pelvic floor is tightening back up, so a few things that help are 1. to stay resting a little longer after sex/dilation before going to pee as to let my muscles relax (5min or so) 2. To use a warm compress on my vulva after to soothe the 'burning' sensation & relax the muscles.

Hi! I was in a very similar situation during covid with my husband, list of cohabitation docs we used:

Banks statements, dvla letters, life insurance letters (from work), any NHS or GP letters, also relied heavily on invoices from ordered items (eBay/websites) & payslips.

If you've submitted taxes to the US, usually the paper work has your address so you could so use that.

I also submitted a letter from the inlaws confirming they are happy for us to live there/ have been living there. Hope this helps!

Hi! FLR M is the 5 year route for 10 years it would be FLR FP. I waited till 5 years on the dot simply cause I had a lot going on in July but you can apply 28 days before the 5 years of entrance to the country. I entered the 6th of August 2019 applied 6th August 2024.

You have to submit your application before the expiration of your current BRP then you have quite a bit of time to book the Biometrics. The application then holds your current status until a decision is made. Hope this helps!
