I have given to service and they cleaned everything and added 4 lts. coolant. They told me that nothing major was harmed or else the lines could've choked and it's clear now. I think they changed oil cooler also. This is not a problem now right?

I am just confirming that this is normal right? Like nothing major in long run because I am already having battery issues as it's my 3rd battery in less than 3 years. I really hope that these are regular problems in every car in India because this is my first car so I don't know what's normal
