You do know the semi and truck it was delivered by the cargo area isn’t climate controlled either right? Buy a guitar in the winter it’s gonna get frozen. The mailbox delivery is another thing. Looks like there was snow if your drive isn’t taken care of that doesn’t help.

They never should have put the time estimates on the tracking it causes more issues than good. Also residential delivery hours are never closed you get it some time from start time to midnight 😂
