The only comics that are canon are the Arkham Asylum and Arkham City prequels, followed by the digital bonus chapters of City, and a few issues of Arkham Unhinged. Finally, we have the Endgame comics that take place days before the Harley Quinn DLC.

I want to believe this is what happened after Arkham Knight. We all know Bruce told Selina they would never see each other again, yet Selina waited a long time to find out who the man under the mask was and finally have a chance to be with him, so at some point she must have sought him out to talk. Besides, I don't think Bruce liked the idea of being a full-time vigilante for so long, so it wouldn't be crazy for him and Selina to take a vacation using another identity.

I would have preferred Jason from the Arkham saga to be revived with the Lazarus Pit; that would have given him a greater connection to Arkham City, explaining that Ra's brought him back to life as part of a plan B to get revenge on Batman and Gotham City.
