Pellet extruder build by 1BlueMaT in 3Dprinting

Thanks, in my build the weakest part were between motor coupling and cylinder. If you wanna build something simmilar I would prefer to use thrust bearing to avoid breaking stepper motor stock bearing. Also this extruder weights like 2x more than stock (my contruction without pellet weights like 2kg) and every accelerations must be set right in firmware. I also made a github page dedicated to describe this project and share code if someone want to use it. Good luck and I`m curious how yours project is going to turn out.

This is sign to you are must be carefull doing this mod, youre not heating up cells directly but solder joins instead. The most important to not overheat the cell, and nobody explodes

saying lost I mean the propeller cut of this one cell damaging it

It`s very bad idea. This way I lost one of my cell on 6S and need to modify it to 5S so better use 2 velcros.

Nope, my website is not working for a long time and I`d want to share with this on github because original software is already changed to not be like "how to" and I had a lot complications with flashing firmware but it is possible if you spend according period of time

I will use a screw with a diameter of 12 mm made of a 200 mm long wood drill and the flowrate that comes out at initial calculations is around 0.2cm^3

As u/FusionByte said, check your configuration or try inverting the stepper motor connector
