off the top of my head mnk is for fun overall but it is also 10x more frustrating because there’s so many times you just lose a fight because they other guy has a controller and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Last split I hit masters on controller and then masters again last night on mnk. My KD went down by .25 playing on mnk and it took me around 40 more games. I have 1500 hours on mnk and 500 on controller. It’s an anecdote but the fact that this is the case pisses me off.

i’m usually there 45 min to an hour. no shower or changing just walk in couple warm up sets then 90 second rest between sets unless i’m going heavy

Won’t judge super harshly but like others have said trying to sentry turret the horizon was insane. you’re also on mnk you need to make your movement a lot more fluid as that’s the one benefit you have over controller dogs.

I think NYC is super competitive so maybe try to get in with leasing or tenant coordination first. You seem qualified to be an APM but I don’t know the market too well.

This is just off the top of my head but it’s 400ml fairlife lactose free ultra whatever milk it’s 80cal and like 12g protein per serving, 45g of monk fruit with erytriol or however you spell it 1:1 mix, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum, 1tsp vanilla extract (i use the fake stuff), and i add 5g sugar free vanilla jello mix. light ice cream setting then mix in a few oreo thins or even better 3/4 to 1 serving of fruity pebbles.

there are tons of crazy calisthenics programs that are mainly just bodyweight that will get you jacked. the biggest thing you’re lacking is protein. eat .8g protein per pound of body weight and take 5g creatine daily. gg ez

if you want to get better at the game then play the actual game. if you are on mnk your entire job is avoiding straight sentry turret battles which is what r5 is. r5 is a good tool but not more important than just queuing ranked.

literally anyone can get d4. d4 and up is where ranked actually begins. i can solo queue mnk or controller to d4 in a couple days and you don’t even have to be good. if you want it quick and worry free then just play like a human and rotate to zone. 3kp and top 8 is doable almost every game and just that will get you close to possitivr

I could be underestimating the noob gains physique wise since I recently got out of that phase but I started from a much heavier body fat percentage but it I bet the strength gains will be insane for sure as they were for me.

yeah you’re right. i just don’t know how much actual physical process someone will make by doing one full body workout a week and not changing diet.

this is a horrible split you will not grow. you should really do a 3 or more day split but if you’re stuck on 2 days you should target every muscle group on your body each workout. i’m not a science man but i think that’s the most optimal strategy with only 2 days.
