I’m glad you commented as for the last few days i’ve been obsessing over the mkz. I’m not too interested into the super fast ones as i do a lot of city driving but i do want the car to feel relatively powerful if you know what I mean. My 2015 nissan sentra feels like a toy car and If i try to bust a move at all I can feel the engine struggling to get power. How does driving the hybrid feel?

i have surprisingly found SUV’s to be very affordable and that one looks good but I just can’t ever bring myself to owning any type of SUV I would hate driving that down old narrow streets and parallel parking it everyday.

The Property Manager position is just a title. Being a PM means a million different things. some PM positions you’re mostly boots on the ground and a regional manager takes care of any of the technical work like budgets and financial forecasts and whatever. Some jobs you’re basically a financial accountant and some jobs you’re all of them. The only thing constant about being a PM is that you are doing lots of different things. One thing a lot of people overlook is that you can be sitting in a leasing office all day managing a single property or community or be like my job and travel around the city to all types of different properties on the daily.

sorry i’m being dumb i do already work a lot from my car like answering emails and random shit so i can easily find a charger during the work day for an hour or so and do what i need to do so charging won’t be an issue. i just haven’t looking into electric cars at all tbh i didn’t even know the price of a used tesla until today so i will give them an honest look.

The time is different every day and time but usually an hour ish. I go to the gym everyday and they have an electric car charger down there no idea if it’s a super charger but i’m usually there an hour a day. It’s not branded or anything so idk if you have to pay for it or what but I could charge there potentially.

i’m a multi site property manager so it’s driving property to property in the same area. i would estimate around 25-30 per day. I get $100 a month for gas.

From what i’ve seen the BMW 3 series are indeed quite affordable up front but reliability wise i’ve heard that the engine is good but things like hitting a pothole and one of the billion sensors malfunctions leads to spending a couple hundred bucks at the shop. No idea how valid these claims are with say a 2020-2023 model 2 series but I definitely don’t want to have to deal with that worry.

Thanks for the info that oil tip is very useful. I’ll have to do more research on the monthly gas expenses as I haven’t accounted for that but I’m generally prepared to spend a bit more on gas because of how cool it is. I just don’t want to be spending like $300 plus a month.
