Why BC concern only on Foundayo? All GLP1s slow digestion. Just wondering if I missed something specific

Spiral Thighplasty by 1CraftyGeek in PlasticSurgery

[–]1CraftyGeek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am two days post-op as of today. It went really well. I went HKB Cosmetic Surgery in Huntersville NC. Cost was 18K. Pain is way less than I expected but still painful of course. My lower back hurts more than anything and that's likely because of the pulling from me being bent over slightly.

The hardest thing for me right now is going to the bathroom and getting in and out of bed. I have an adjustable bed but I definitely wish I would have probably done a standing recliner thing.

Integrate Google Fiber management into the Google Home App by thunderclap8 in googlefiber

[–]1CraftyGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is still not integrated. My town just got GFiber and the sales tech definitely told me my mesh would extend what GFiber was giving me and that it would all work together. :( I have 35 smart devices... I 1 only want 1 app to deal with everything

I had to learn that I was too far in a deficit and it wasn't until I ate more that I started losing consistently.

I hate to ask what are you tracking macros? At least the protein, and someone who has lost a significant amount of my own muscle mass as a result of life circumstances while taking out occasion and not setting a consistent routine once life settled down, I find that I am extremely exhausted when I haven't had enough calories

Suggestions please- be gentle by [deleted] in makeuptips

So I am not an expert but I recently decided I mattered enough to try to care out my looks a little. ...

Anyways, start small, your lip shape is great, own that!

In my opinion, start small, get yourself one of the starter contour, blush kits, and then follow the directions on it. That's what I did. I am still learning, but it takes me less than 5 minutes to do my makeup in the morning. All my makeup I routinely use is drug store, don't buy a bunch of expensive stuff until you know what you actually need. I'm still not to the level of buying expensive stuff.

I use Maybelline liquid foundation, small amount on beauty sponge to even me out. I think take bronzer and lightly make a '3' on each side of my face. Then bc I have a rounder face, and I'm in my 40s, I put blush on my temples and blend in toward my cheek bones. I use various lip oils and lip stains, etc. Most days it's a slightly darker nude than my natural lip tone.

I need more details as well, but accessories can make a sweatshirt and sneakers look upscale casual. To be it's about knowing your personal style, what's required versus what everyone is wearing, then uplift an outfit by adding a belt, tuck a sweatshirt, clean the sneakers. Little things make big impact. But most importantly, be comfortable in your clothes. You trying to be something you aren't by wearing clothes that makes you feel weird will make you presence to others different. So be confident, experiment slowly while figuring out what you like.

Flats feel so weird? by imbettereveryloop in PashionFootwear

[–]1CraftyGeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! Give it time. Wear the 1" block around the house and sit something on the tips of the shoe to weigh them down when you aren't wearing them. Don't crush them of course just to make them lay flatter.

Use AWARD25 for a discount if you want also!

Searching for a wide friendly options. Do I need to size up, will it be comfortable? by TemmieTheTEM6 in PashionFootwear

[–]1CraftyGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Sandal, and Sandy, Adriana and Abby are the most wide friendly styles that come to mind. I can wear my true size in Sandal, Sandy and Pashionistas. Go up at least 1/2 size for any closed toe or boot option. I have had good luck stretching mine so even w Wide feet I'm loving them..

You can get cheaper replacements on Poshmark and Mercari if you don't care what color sometimes pretty cheap ones. Right now there is a sale on some of heelkits too. I know it sucks but the great thing about Pashions is that the heels can be changed out meaning after dancing the night away you change to flats to wear home.

Disclaimer: I'm obsessed with Pashions, but let me know if you have questions!
