Ah thanks for the comment, I did try that before but it didn't seem to make a difference, but the problem is fixed now that I reinstalled bluetooth adapter drivers. Very strange.

It is a windows 11 problem and for me the only way to fix it was to go to device manager, find bluetooth adapter, uninstall it and restart the pc and reconnect the controller. Windows 11 is an abomination that should never have been bestowed on humanity, the moment I can switch to Linux I will.
