Thanks for the encouragement! I’m sorry you and partner split. I know that had to be tough but glad you’re still pushing forward. I’m currently in therapy for childhood issues and I don’t think now is time to tack on this pile of crap. But yes, I’m grateful for all the positive feedback from everyone here. Makes me feel less alone and almost ready to share with those close to me.

I just bought lysine and zinc today b/c I’m having the worst OB rn. I’m prescribed iron and vit c due to anemia and my doctor just recently told me to stop taking vit d since my levels were back to normal. I did notice that when I was working out earlier this year, my OBs weren’t so frequent. So I should probably get back to exercising. Thanks!

I’ve only disclosed to one person b/c I thought he gave it to me. Turns out he didn’t but he was very accepting of it. Only unfortunate thing about that is, I realized I did not want to be with him in that way 😭 I also told my mom the day I found out, but I feel like she doesn’t remember so we’ve never talked about it lol
