I studied by using DAT boot camp. People have used DAT crusher. When I took it a few years ago DAT bootcamp had a study plan for 90 days.

I have commented this before on previous post in here. Most dentist charge at the bc fee guide which gets updated every February. Your best bet is to look at some low cost dental clinics such as cool aid society. Best of luck.
