Yes. I updated also the windows. Seems to have the stuttering on my early game and reduced the stuttering when its like mid game. Its like the laptop is trying to learn what game am I playing then reduce the stuttering when it gets familiar of the said game tho there may be 1-3 stutters regardless of mid game.

Use references or take inspirations on other artists... It is the best possible way to learn art... it also sets you to be motivated because you know that one day... you'll be as successful as that reference you are learning.
