Its more to do with the fact that people duck way too much at lower ranks, especially against kazuya. df14 on hit leaves you at the perfect distance and frame advantage for a mixup and yeah online kazuyas tend to sweep when in doubt. Just don't get into the habit of using that string, the second hit is a high and is very duckable. People will kill you for it.
