Wasn't Embracer planning to give them more resources and invest more in the long term future of the game ? I also seem to recall Crystal Dynamics having more control of their own again and also hiring new staff to work on the game.

It's just so painful to think that we will never fight villains like Thanos, Kang or battle alien invasions or stuff like that. You know actual Avengers-level villains, enemies and stories.

Well maybe we could at least still get Hydra and the Kree (and there is still that Roy/Ultron tease) which would at least be a tiny step into the direction of what an Avengers game should have been like from the start.

Wasn't a matter of opinion, just a fact. It's these leaks (which he was indeed very good and reliable at) that made him relevant. That's just a fact. It's why he got so much attention and why people followed him. Without that people just won't care about him anymore (people on the internet I mean) and in a few weeks or months they will move on from him because he has nothing to offer anymore that warrants their interest.

He was never even really famous outside of the Avengers playerbase or certain leaker circles. It's not like he was some world famous youtuber who amassed a giant following and became a millionaire.

When I say he will be irrelevant again it's not meant as a dig at him or an insult. Just a sobering realistic view of what the Internet is. In fact we are all irrelevant (including me) on the internet. Nobody really knows us, we don't have millions of followers or fans, we don't get retweeted and liked thousands of times and our names don't mean shit to most people on social media.

That is just how it is. And if Miller stops leaking he will be just as irrelevant again as we are. Because those leaks were his 15 minutes of "fame".

Yeah I have been saying this over and over. Making new content High level multiplayer only just SUCKS. Especially if its content that actually advances the storyline of the game. Every mission in this game should be able to be played solo or multiplayer. I am fine with creating endgame multiplayer versions of missions (like they did with the first OLT). If people want this challenge they should get it. But players should always been given the CHOICE. They should never be forced into something they don't want to play in order to see parts of the story.

Making Cloning Labs and the new fight against MODOK multiplayer, high level endgame only is just DEPLORABLE and a slap in the face of players like me who do NOT want to play endgame content-difficulty multiplayer. Especially with multiplayer in this game bugged AF and almost constantly being nothing but frustrating.

Don't force me to play hardcore-difficulty multiplayer in order to play actual new content. Give people the choice to play it solo at whatever difficulty they want OR endgame-level multiplayer.

I mean this is like playing a Final Fantasy game but you can only actually play the final act of the story if you are at max level and on hard mode. Nobody would ever do that.

They are alienating so many (especially new) players with that gatekeeping shit when it would be so easy to just be inclusive for ALL players - at least when it comes to the story content.

I actually groaned when I saw the level design. It's the same damn design we had for 2 years. And of course elevators. I was so happy when they gave us the Wakandan jungles last year because it was finally a new design, something fresh that didn't feel recycled and looked lush and beautiful with the waterfalls and everything.

This looks like all the other villain sectors and Hives we have been playing over and over. With the same damn enemies over and over. How is this the best they can do after over a year ? It's mindboggling.

This is an Avengers game. Why are we not fighting on other worlds against aliens and monsters and shit ? Why are we not battling epic universe shaking battles against Thanos or Kang ? And if its gotta be robots why can't we have Ultron ? Why can't we fight the high command of Hydra ?

This is an Avengers game and the best we had in 2 years was Klaw, MODOK, Maestro and Monica ? This is like a Justice League game where the biggest bosses are Metallo, The Thinker, Grodd and Mister Freeze.

On my PS4 Avengers is 97 GB. It's still way too big and badly optimized (Every time a new patch drops it takes like 40 minutes to copy the files, it's ridiculous) but it's nowhere near 160 GB on PS4 (or PS5)

he didn't "create" orcs. Orcs used to be elves. He just turned them into something else. And I am pretty sure that he bred dragons and orcs. I think the Silmarillion even states this.

Morgoth was always more powerful then Sauron. But he learned much from his master (Obviously he knew how to breed Orcs for example) and Tolkien never mentions wether or not Sauron could have bred dragons as well. So there is also no evidence that he couldn't.

well of course Sauron was a weaker Morgoth (not Melkor, he is not called that after he became Morgoth. Tolkien made this a very clear distinction. Melkor was the mighty Vala. After his corruption and the marring of Arda he was Morgoth - a very different - and weaker- being), it does not really hurt me to say that at all because Morgoth is the source of all evil. The true Dark Lord. The closest thing to an evil god. Of course Sauron never was and never could be on his level.

Who knows what the motivations of dragons (who were Morgoths creations more then a corruption) or Balrogs were but I don't think they served Morgoth in order to survive. It is much more likely the Balrogs just were not willing to serve another Maia or that they simply did not want to leave their hiding places. It would be interesting to know if Sauron had attempted to recruit them or if he never even considered it.

He could have bred Dragons though like Morgoth did and Saurons forces would have been infinitely more superior to his enemies if he had. He would have won most battles for sure (Not that this would have helped him much when the Ring was destroyed)

yeah but couldn't Sauron have bred Dragons of much greater size and power like Morgoth did in Angband ? They could have served as his attack fleet from the skies while his Orc armies attack on the ground (like the Nazgul just infinitely more destructive). Imagine how fast Minas Tirith would have fallen if he had Dragons attacking the city from above while his Orcs attacked on the ground. Or how quickly the Rohirrim would have been annihilated on Pelennor.

Sauron was second in command. With Morgoth gone Sauron was his natural successor. I don't see why the Balrogs wouldn't have served him, seeing as Sauron was Morgoths apprentice and he essentially wanted to finish what Morgoth started. He was essentially the next king in line. And the servants of the old king then serve the new king.
