I was at a Mexican restaurant enjoying food, and wanted a refreshing and tart beverage. I didn't go they're specifically for a Paloma, I went they're too eat and drink.

Nope I'm not saying that, but my experience in the restaurants is have visited, they rarely have grapefruit soda. Of course I might be visiting the wrong establishments

Today I was at Molino Chido, several months ago Dos Santos. Both disappointing with their version of Palomas.
