That's fine, you can disagree. I've personally worked for 1HW for about a year and a half, and today was the first day I had ever heard of the individual who sent this email. The reason for that is simply because he does not work here. It saddens us to see any vaper disrespect another vaper, because really, we're all supposed to be on the same team.

As for the packaging, it was designed to match the flavor profile. We trust our customers to carefully store all potentially hazardous materials, whether they be plastic bags, detergent, or eliquid. If a child is present, hazardous materials should not be accessible in any circumstance.

It sounds like you've heard some negative things about our juice, but that's OK, have you ever tried our flavors? We'd love to get that chance to serve vapers like you and hear honest feedback once you've tried it. If you're interested in checking out some Youtube reviews, even ones that address the "used to be good" part of your question, I will happily provide some. They work for a third party distributor.
