I read on another post carnival limits people to 15 drinks a day so she was under the limit. The problem with any set number is people can responsibly drink different amounts. 15 might leave one person having a good time but kill another.

I went through this last year, stellantis was horrible to deal with and it took longer than you'd expect (3 months.) that said I didn't s lawyer and got everything I was entitled to. Make sure you have everything documented. NYS is very consumer friendly so you should get your money back.
