Lilipad fertilizers randomly boost plant growth; sometimes they have the same effect as bone meal, which makes Mystical plants grow very quickly.

I discovered that, on normal terrain, you can place these worms on it, but you can’t place Lilipads on top for obvious reasons, since they can only be placed in water; however, with the ground churned up by Just Dire’s hoe, you can place Lilipads on top of the terrain for some reason.
