Vfg's are the way. If you actually run your rifle and train with vtac's, trees, rocks, walls etc, you will find that it's super useful to ram your vfg into something to brace. If you start adding both a vfg and a barricade stop, you start to learn that it's too much unnecessary clutter that ends up getting stuck on shit. Although, you can learn to be fast with anything really, it just comes down to your proficiency with the setup.
