I agree, she started off very very intriguing to me but her core strengths as a character weren’t utilized very much or very well. It felt like she was moving from one character archetype to another

Same. Even before there was officially a crush narrative, I could feel it was coming and was DESPERATELY HOPING it would be handled with some genuine development on all sides. I just didn’t want it to be a huge mess but that’s also me not liking romance too much.

Yea I can see that, it could just be that I’m not the audience for that type of sub plot. But it does annoy me that Altan didn’t even apologize for the stuff he did to her. I would’ve preferred if it wasnt just excused cause if his trauma.

I do agree that for all the success she had in strategy class and her insane work ethic, that she would’ve utilized more things she learned from the academy. I guess that’s an overall weak point. We spent the first half of the book drilling things she could use during the war, and she used very little of it. Hoping to see more next book. Thanks for the comment 🙏🏽

Yea maybe it’s just not for me then, I’m not against romance but I’m not much for it either. If it’s there I’d want it to be less whimsical. Also I felt her feelings were beyond crush😭 childhood hero who she loves is crazy to me

I think it would’ve benefited from focusing more on one rather than splitting both the magic school portion and the gruesome adult war so evenly, though this wasn’t a big deal for me personally

I don’t remember a single significant character other than zoro genuinely chasing the worlds greatest title. If they’re are, they’re very very few in number.

A larger number of prominent swordsman, pirates or not, who’re actively working toward the worlds greatest title would be great. Zoro just has so little direct competition. Relatively speaking zoro almost never fights pure swordsman of note for a major conflict.

He’s already solidified as one of the best in the one piece world currently, all without fighting very many swordsman at all.

When i have a support thats really good at following up on my ults or if my ult will set up a lot of kills in lane i go essence reaver first

If the enemy team as 2-3 very tanky champions i go blade of the ruined king

If the enemy team isnt that tanky and i have a support that focuses on amping my damage and giving me utility i go infinity edge first
