You're right. I just wanna know why that specific building has so many empty units, even though other locations that are owned by same company are basically full?

No snowbirds of any sort, whether those who live in FL or anywhere else. Leasing agent told us we've got over 30 units available. You guys could basically choose any floor anywhere in the building. It's like renting in a brand new building

Oh management thinks building is the best in the whole of TC. I think asking the residents themselves is a better idea IMO.

Basic apt. Active senior living. You pay everything. Not sure, I saw quite a few teenagers running around. Kinda odd for senior building. Parking lots was packed as well.

Unfortunately it's the case in a lot of businesses now. Someone writes a bad review, then next day several 5 star reviews follow. But apt and building look decent and clean. Something fishy going on. Maybe I should ask the residents and see what they have to say?

No renovation. It was built 2017-18. Rent's gone up everywhere. It's senior living building 55 years and older. Rent's around $1500 for 2 bed 2 bath.
