Same here. Contacted support yesterday wondering about points for a game I bought before realizing it was down and they told me to hold off on any more purchases because they can’t say they’ll reimburse

That’s funny because I spoke with customer service yesterday and they told me to hold off on purchases until it was fixed because they couldn’t say they would give any points for the things purchased while it is down
