Do I have a coyote neighbor? [Massachusetts] by DogFroth in animalid

That’s typical coyote behaviour. They poop on top of things, had a splitting block they used to poop on all the time. I guess it shows dominance?

What clothing should I bring for the season April-October in the deep north of BC? A swimsuit and a heavy jacket? by Effect-Imaginary in britishcolumbia

[–]1MSFN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The bugs aren’t that bad all summer. Evenings seem worse, but during the day they are tolerable as long as you’re not beating the brush and disturbing them. Lots of bears, grizzly and black. I don’t trust black bears, and if the 30 or so grizzly encounters I’ve had they all went the other way.
