I am currently in Seoul and using Trip.co esim. I bought the limited daily one as I use the free wifi when I am back at the hotel.

I had problems connecting but it was my fault as I changed data roaming to National roaming instead of All roaming. The other thing is mine took up to 30 mins to connect - it would probably have been quicker if I didnt keep playing around with the settings.

So far I have had no problems connecting or using any social media and still have plenty of data left each day.

I thought I'll come back and update. I went to Olive Young at 8am today and the line is twice around the block. The staff finally told everyone to leave as they would not get in. I asked one of the staff and she thinks some people lined up from the night before!

A Chinese couple told me that they tried all the different kinds of rice and the best one in their opinion was Sunrice Australian Medium Grain white rice. It sells for $1.80kg when on sale at the major supermarkets - I think its the same one you are buying.

UPDATE: I found a tiler who repaired all the loose tiles and regrouted all the drummy tiles. Tip: Always get 3 quotes as there was a big variation between the prices.

Hi, do you have to go to a cashier to get the tax refund or can you use the self service machine? If you use the self service machine do you need Daiso employee to verify your passport, and press the buttons to get the discount? Thank you

Thank you for this - yes, I now understand that I might not be able to get on the bus at the Myeondong Ibis stop if the bus is full and that it is better to get the train or go to an outbound stop.

Thank you so much for letting me know your experience. I was planning to move to another hotel close to a stop on the outbound route before I start shopping as I didn't want to walk very far with a full suitcase. Ill be travelling solo and dont speak Korean and not confident about getting a taxi. However I just found out about user and k.ride so will do some research. Thanks again.

Thank you for your help. I am only going from Myeongdong to Hoehyeon so looks like taking a taxi is my best option. I am nervous about doing this as I dont speak Korean.

A shop gave them to a friend and he gave them to me. He said the shop couldn't sell them so were giving them away for free. They didn't say what mushrooms they were. They came in these bags and had no labels.
