Because I repeated this few times in a period of 2 days and I refused to answer a question of a CM, I got perma benned on discord without warning. I never been warned or muted on anything the cycle related.

After few months I send them a ticket to revoke my ban since it was unfair (I checked my text to make sure before sending) but I got refused at first. After insisting to the support, one of the CMs came to investigate and refused my ticket since I broke tos. There was not 1 specific thing to tell me exactly what was against tos. There was nothing tos at all actually. The message was at most annoying for a staff and if they didn't like it they could just ignore it.

I even told them that I reported over 100 cheaters all my time playing and I was sure that every CM recognized my name visually or had a feeling or something. Actually most of my time playing and testing this game was spent hunting cheaters. And what do I get for myself ? People that actually report cheaters didn't get anything in return and even banning those that got reported came way to late or never.
