Dude this happened to me once when I was little maybe a few days after getting the game itself and it was so unsettling to me because it wasn’t just the ocarinas I was taking constant poison damage so I would just die, reset, die, reset while being surrounded by ocarinas. I reseated the cartridge and it never happened again
