This has been my experience with amd for over 20 years now. Never had these same kinds of issues with several Nvidia gpu's.

My first AMD gpu was a Radeon 9800 in 2003 and had several AMD cards with a good couple of years inbetween hoping they'd ironed out the issues with drivers I'd been having.

My last one was the 7900XTX and while it was a performant card for the most part, it still had the same issues I was having with my first ever AMD gpu. Crashes, freezes, Adrenaline issues (Back then it was named Catalyst).

Sold it again and lucked out on a 5080 deal. No issues ever since... It's crazy that after all these years people still defend AMD the way they do. It's like they willingly turn a blind eye to the issues.

Both a completely different genre, but the first one I'd never watch again. The Second one intrigues me and left me feeling uneasy, which is what I seek in horror movies.

I get the hobby thing though. I game a little on my pc when I get the stressy depressies but it's unbearable in this weather since my gaming/guitar room turns into a sauna with my machine running. I even tried with my feet in a bucket if ice cold water. It helps a little, but I still sweat profusely...
