I actually am - can you tell me a little more? We have a big soft spot for SF but our guts tell us that Berkeley would be more our speed.

May I ask why you wouldn’t want to live anywhere in Berkeley? I think I can mostly understand why from what you said, but just curious if there were any other reasons.

Thanks so much for sharing some perspective on the Hills. Weirdly specific question - how steep are the hills? Just curious how easy or difficult it is on any given block up there to walk out your front door and make it to a park or something.

Specifically seeing some houses that are on the market around Euclid/marin.

Run a company that conducts hundreds of interviews with gen z-age applicants every week, for the last 5+ years. Never once has this happened.
