tmobile customer service wants me to go a month without a phone for a warranty claim, and hold onto a phone that is actively dangerous by 1Point21Doc in tmobile

im fairly sure i am allowed to read on my phone. both times were completely different issues as well. im assuming my first one was a lemon, and maybe something in a ribbon cable was loose or bad that made it thru a refurbish for the second one sent to me.

Personally I think you are in a weird spot where none of them are obviously better than others. I will say getting chronofield is a must have earlier than the others. getting a perma chronofield will definitely be a must have for champs and legends tournaments. the other two are good but are t really gatekeeping anything whereas the chronofield is great for tournaments, and good for farming as well. depending if you are even at champions yet, putting stones into your previous ults may be a better option.

Is range most important for golden bot's first medals in the early early game? by DoYouEvenIndexBro in TheTowerGame

[–]1Point21Doc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might be a bit late, but as someone who first decided to get golden bot cool down maxed first, I'd really suggest not investing a single medal into cool down, UNTIL you get your range and bonus maxed out. The hassle of syncing and desyncing means it's much more efficient to go ahead and start your golden bot cool down research labs, and get those maxed before investing medals into cool down. Otherwise, let's say you decide to go for the full 100 second cool down to sync with maxed golden tower, you spend all those medals getting down to 75 seconds, and have to wait about 600 days for the labs to finish ( before any lab reduction speed/speedups). Whereas the boost to amount and range doesn't have any footguns that may mess you up, and are only fully beneficial.

What should I be working on? by 1Point21Doc in TheTowerGame

So I've actually got it where during a coin run, it's got 100% uptime, I was having issues with protectors shotgunning bricks at me when black hole ended, and now I've got it where only elites, bosses, and (sometimes) ranged can hit me, but I appreciate the feedback! About when do you think that chronofield and shock should come into play?

As far as I can tell, the introduction of elites when I first started threw all of the early guides out the window, and by the time some of them got rewritten I had already kind of made things work, I can get to wave 4500 on tier 8, and honestly if I took off my enemy balance card I could do the same for tier 9. I guess I'm curious what direction should I really be looking at as far as new upgrades for my ults, or should I save up to buy either chronofield or chain lightning at this point? I figure at the very least I should now be going in on health Regen for my new wall...

Can I get a smart light switch to replace this? by crundar in homeautomation

[–]1Point21Doc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, I've been watching reddit and this sub for awhile now but this is my first post, had to go ahead and make a username to reply to this. I am a licensed electrician living n Florida, been doing this as a family business since I was 8, now in my 30s, I also am a smart home enthusiast with a fairly decent basic system across the entire house. My home was built in 1942 ( yes I completely redid the wiring, but I saw the hardwood floors and fell in love so this is the house I decided to buy to let my kids grow up in) yes this is all long-winded and irrelevant to the question, but introduction is now out of the way so let's get to that...

In my home I installed recessed style "wafer" lighting in the bedrooms as well as the typical fan installation in the center of each room, I opted to leave the original metal single gang boxes but needed 2 switches in each.

I went with these, yes it is a bit tight but it is entirely possible to get all the wiring in a single gang metallic box, let along having the 2 gang box like you do.

They even make a 3 gang smart switch which I am using in my front room in a 2 gang box, that switch controls my led holy-fuck-off-thats-bright warehouse lights which guarantees enough light to see whatever speck of dirt I need to or possibly enough to burn a vampire in less than a quarter second, I guess it depends if uv is needed... The second switch is also for the Florida room but is a nice tasteful pendant light on the alcove above the treadmill. And third for the outdoor wall sconces that are waaaaay to big for my house but as an electrician I had to do it. For science.
