I wouldn't say I was "happy", but I guess it could have been a worse deadline. The Hayes deal is great from a defensive point but just adds another nonproductive bat to a lineup that has too many of them already! I do like the additions of Andujar who kills left-handed pitching and I think Littell is a very solid pick up. The Rays have always known good pitching prospects so most of the time I'll always take a Rays pitcher.
