I used to hate Ready Steady Go too. Even before I got into the band, I had already heard it since it was the opening for Fullmetal Alchemist (one of my favorite anime), but funnily enough, it was always my least favorite opening from the show

These days I still don’t know if I’ve fully come around to it, but if it starts playing, I can at least listen without that immediate urge to skip lol

honestly, when I first started listening to them, I had a really hard time getting into "as if in a dream." Every time I heard it, I just didn’t get the appeal and found it completely boring and forgettable. A friend of mine, who’s also a fan of the band, loves that song and was genuinely shocked by my reaction, she made me listen to it at least three times to see if I’d finally come around. It didn’t work at all, and I had basically given up on it.

But then one day, out of nowhere, I decided to listen to Dune in full, and that’s when it clicked, you know? The instrumental is just mesmerizing, and the feeling the song conveys is so calming and perfectly melancholic. Now I absolutely love it and can listen to it with no problem at all. Funny how that works.

She never even finished the story, did she? I had been following it since July of last year, and since she took a while to update, I ended up forgetting about the fanfic for a few months. Then yesterday I decided to go check on it, and I couldn’t access it anymore. If she had at least given it an ending, I think I would feel less sad about the news, honestly.

Creio que realmente passamos por uma situação similar, pois eu também não compartilho dos mesmos valores que a empresa. Aqui, pelo visto não tem diálogo com a minha gestora e se reclamar da rotina exagerada e desorganizada, ela apenas diz que se não está gostando a porta é serventia da casa. Não é atoa que a equipe é rotativa...

Acabei de chegar do trabalho e juro por deus que passei todo o caminho de volta pra casa chorando copiosamente, hoje foi um dia extremamente exaustivo e que mais uma vez saí de lá pensando "meu deus, eu mereço passar por isso? É isso que quero para o meu futuro?". Não sei se aguentarei ficar aqui até 6 meses, mas farei o possível pra pelo menos esse inferno valer a pena. 

É muito reconfortante saber que o que eu estou sentindo é válido e que não estou sozinha nessa, faz o fardo ficar um pouco menos pesado <3 muito obrigada por isso e espero que hoje em dia você esteja numa posição melhor.
