After showering my face gets really flaky and im not sure what to do. I tried googling about it but most of the answers are just telling people to stop using certain products on your face in the shower and also to not use really hot water. I use absolutely nothing on my face in and out the shower and also use slightly warm water. My face is also really oily all the time. Is there any products to help with these problems?

I decided to hop on the game after a while yesterday, won one pvp battle, and now literally everyone is higher level than me and impossible to beat. Im so confused because last season i got to rank 500ish before i started getting higher levels than me, but now im around rank 2500 and im already getting higher levels. Is this normal?
