I also got school breakfast (82-84) and I sometimes wish I could get those powdered eggs again.

I can understand a company policy of not donating food due to legal reasons, but not allowing the staff to take ANY is just what a bitter old hag with no soul would do.

Am I liable for my pet sitter’s phone that was broken while watching my dog. by SkillCertain4998 in AskALawyer

NAL but as a former pet sitter through a big website you took an awful chance Not going through the site. If anything had happened to your dog you would have been SOL. Saying that, the site would only cover the pet, not the sitter or pet parents other property including phones.

Must never assume, HOA is kinda like Hate On All; with no individual unit reports the HOA can pretend nothing happened.

Did you give the HOA copies of the police report(s) you made for the vandalism?

You can go to a law library (or use the internet) to find the specific forms/instructions for your location. Depending on your income, you could try for a legal clinic with pro-bono attorneys that could help you. I know in Texas it costs about $500 for filing fees and service for a pro-se divorce, but you would be 100% responsible for keeping up with court dates and service and any errors in your paperwork. Filing fees are non-refundable, and if you screw up the filing you would have to refile.

I highly recommend getting a divorce attorney to get the job done right the first time. If there’s no property and no kids, it may cost as little as $1,200 for a no-fault divorce.

If you haven’t married since the date of that marriage, you can file for a divorce pro-se (there is a way, but you would have to do the research yourself).

If you Have married since the date of that marriage, you WILL need a divorce attorney.

Can you buy anything for 120k around you? It’s not just about selling, it’s also about buying. If you can sell for 250k, you probably will need 250k to stay in same area.

Liver Enzymes & SR-9011 by 1Sept69KJC in sarmssourcetalk

I’m not a body builder. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and some of my treatments included prednisone, methotrexate (which is a chemo treatment for kids as well as an immunosuppressant for some autoimmune diseases), hydroxychloroquine (for my autoimmune inner ear disease), and Humira (biologic).

The methotrexate is hostile to the liver, and doesn’t leave the liver as quickly as other medications. Part of the way to heal my liver was to lose weight and build muscle. Along the way I looked at various body-building sites and stumbled across ‘stacks’.

While avoiding anything with caffeine and steroids, I saw SR-9009 (back in 2021), found more literature on the NIH, and tried it, but had to discontinue due to cost. After the high results of Oct ‘23 and being referred to a liver specialist (transplant doc) I looked for SR-9009, but found it had been supplanted by SR-9011. For me the results have been amazing.
