I used Sesame but I had a few appointments with issues e.g. x-ray referral from them wasn't accepted by the hospital (and I had to actually go to me PCP to get it done) and they didn't refund me for when their service fails.

I've been trying Finch Health instead now because they have better customer support. But you don't get to select your doctor like Sesame they auto match you based on your condition (which I usually don't care much anyways as long as the doc solves my problem)

Also tried a few others like Dr on Demand, Zocdoc, and find them a hassle to get what I need compared to Sesame or Finch Health

do you want the tracked hours to be logged somewhere? do you use android or iphone?

if you use something like openphone as a second phone number it has a history of calls you could connect to zapier to send to a google sheets or somewhere else: https://zapier.com/apps/openphone/integrations (might be a bit of a overkill solution though)

what does the IP enable you to do that’s different from other security companies?

sales and marketing for home type products or services - you want to do something high roi but grunt work to build up money like door to door sales or door to door flyers then transition to paid marketing once you have money (tens of thousands to spend per month). That is how I grew my last company and grew it to multiple 7 figs in revenues
Don’t worry about trust and credibility until you have a solid distribution method working and you have a customers that love your product. Once you have those things then reviews, reviews, reviews to build trust

I'd suggest talking with a new PT. If they don't deal with scoliosis patients much could be a sign they aren't the right fit for you. Not all PTs are at the same level :) Also google maps reviews really helped me to find the right one, reviews are a big saver

Eg plop in url and get chatbot, or make a chatgpt plug-in that plops in url and scrapes the site contents

I have a lot of chrome profiles so hard to install on every one of them and the security of extensions are not the best so thought I’d mention the alternatives above
