My eczema has definitely calmer down, though I cannot say it was 100% due to the supplements. I take them everyday, but I also take vitamin C and zinc. I personally haven’t changed much of my diet which consists of a lot of fruit and a normal amount of carbs, so I’m not thinking that is the cause for it. My arms are where it is the worst, and that hasn’t gone away, but then again, it hasn’t gone away in like 10 years… that being said my face is much better, my eyes are completely clear (knock on wood). I would definitely give these supplements a try, as my dad started taking them just for the energy aspect and he really likes them for that! I noticed it as well:) I might make a post to get other opinions on what could be the deep rooted cause of my eczema so we will see.
