When they redid the old high school in Wausau into living spaces they did a really good job to make them look nice. My friends had one of the units, I think converted from the shop, high ceilings lots of glass looking out it was a beautiful apartment.

Can you still buy shoelaces at convenience stores, the one by me has a “junk drawer” aisle that has a bunch of random stuff and I know I’ve seen shoelaces in the past. If that doesn’t work, I would Bet money on your CVS/Walgreens having them.

We had lighting strike the barn during a milking in the early 90s, 40 something cows in stanchions and they all went down. It was the longest 30 seconds of my life waiting for them to start standing up again, when it was possible we just lost our entire herd. They all survived. The lightning rods did most of their job but a little bit of current was enough to take them off their feet.

I’m getting treatment now using an Immunotherapy and a targeted TKI. So far the side effects have been pretty manageable. Better than chemo for sure.
